In the final screen, enter a name for this account (it can be anything you like, such as "ZOTnet" or your username) and click "Finish"
If you need to make changes to your program settings after it is set up in Outlook Express, just click on Tools Menu, select Accounts, and click the "Edit" button. You'll see a window like the below where you can make changes.
